4A (Aniser 2013-2017)

Erste Englisch-Stunde mit Gabrielle Amestoy

Two years ago, our school introduced an additional English course, taught by Gabrielle Amestoy, a native English speaker. In 2013/14 a course for our first classes is held once a week in the afternoon, with four afternoons offered throughout the school year. Students have the opportunity to practice their conversational skills in small groups, which is especially important for young learners.

Ms. Amestoy is a highly skilled teacher who creates a supportive and engaging learning environment. Her teaching approach is playful and effective, allowing students to develop their language skills in a natural way. The course is managed and organized by class teacher Daniel Aniser and English teacher Sahriban Kara, who are also dedicated to ensuring that students have ample opportunities to practice their speaking skills.

In addition to the English course, Gabrielle Amestoy also teaches biology with Daniel Aniser. These bilingual lessons allow students to learn scientific concepts in English, further developing their language skills in a meaningful context. Students enjoy these lessons and benefit from the exposure to scientific vocabulary in English.

Parents are very pleased with the additional English course and the bilingual biology lessons, recognizing the importance of English proficiency for their children’s future. These courses provide valuable opportunities for students to practice speaking and develop their language skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Overall, the additional English course and bilingual biology lessons demonstrate our commitment to providing our students with a comprehensive and high-quality education.
