Bilingualer Unterricht in Physik und Biologie
Mittelschule 2 Wörgl’s 3A class has been attending bilingual science classes with native speaker Gabrielle Amestory since the 1st grade. Under the guidance of their class teacher Daniel Aniser, the students attend one Biology and one Physics class per week.
Recently, two videos were released showcasing the class’s latest lessons. One video showed the students learning about the states of matter, and how iodine sublimates. The other video showcased a scavenger hunt on the water cycle in Biology, where students had to find and remember information on cards scattered outside the classroom.
While the bilingual classes are fun, they require a lot of work from both the students and the teachers. Nonetheless, the parents appreciate the benefits of these classes.
Overall, the bilingual science classes at Mittelschule 2 Wörgl offer a unique opportunity for students to learn from a native speaker and gain valuable language skills while also improving their knowledge of science.
